Responsibilities- Serve as technical lead for civil design documents including grading, drainage, and utilities; perform hydrology/hydraulics modeling
- Manage multiple projects with scope, budget, and schedule oversight
- Lead the Design Team on civil engineering services
- Coordinate day-to-day with clients and project teams
- Develop, track, and adjust project schedules and budgets
- Prepare regular project status reports
- Review and approve invoices and change orders
- Assist in pursuing new opportunities and client relationships
- Ensure performance and implementation of project management frameworks
- Act as primary contact to internal partners and clients
Key requirements- Minimum 8 years of related Civil Engineering experience
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D and relevant design software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Local project resume and experience preferred
