Senior Construction Project Manager

In this Senior Construction Project Manager role, you will lead complex projects in East Central Florida to safely complete them on time and within budget, meeting quality standards and client satisfaction. You will steer the project team, manage schedule, cost, and risk, and integrate safety and quality across all phases. This position focuses on delivering large-scale federal-related construction efforts with cross-functional collaboration. You will shape project strategy and be the primary driver of successful execution.

• Plan and direct project execution to meet schedule, budget, and scope
• Develop technical approaches for proposals including WBS and resource sequencing
• Integrate safety and quality standards across project phases
• Assign responsibilities and establish clear authority across teams
• Lead and coordinate personnel to ensure on-time, within-budget performance
• Monitor progress, provide status reports, adjust plans as needed
• Analyze cost and schedule variances and implement corrective actions
• Manage contracts, change orders, and related documentation
• Identify and manage risk and resolve project issues
• Communicate with stakeholders and regulatory bodies
• Oversee team performance and compliance with policies and laws

• Minimum ten years of project management experience with proven success
• Experience managing costs, schedule, and resources on construction projects
• Federal client experience focused on Navy, Air Force, or NASA projects
• Strong computer skills; familiarity with corporate accounting systems and project delivery software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera scheduling software
• Ability to read and interpret building designs and specifications
• Strong report writing and presentation abilities for diverse stakeholders
• Ability to develop subcontractor scopes of work and project schedules
• Effective negotiation and relationship-building with management, clients, and subcontractors
