Talent Acquisition Specialist - NY - On Site

Overview

In this on-site role, you will lead talent acquisition for Vensure and its division partners, shaping recruitment strategies to attract top talent. You will partner with the TA Supervisor, source candidates across multiple channels, and oversee screening, interviewing, and interview coordination to ensure a strong candidate experience. You will leverage ATS and recruitment tools, stay current with best practices, and represent the company at events. This position supports hiring managers and upholds confidentiality in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing needs and craft recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, networks, and referrals
  • Conduct proactive candidate outreach, including cold calls
  • Screen resumes and lead interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Guide candidates through the offer process
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships and positive experience
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage pipelines and metrics
  • Stay updated on industry trends to improve processes
  • Represent the company at community and recruiting events
  • Notify non-selected candidates
  • Provide guidance to management on recruiting questions and support hiring managers with related tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel records in accordance with laws
Key requirements
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities

  • Familiarity with MS Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent experience with minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • PEO or multi-site, multi-state experience is a plus
