Overview As CMSDL, you lead CM services across a defined geography, shaping strategy, growth, and client leadership. You drive safe, high quality, and profitable outcomes on CM, Resident Engineering, and Inspection work, aligning with PM frameworks and risk management. You will supervise field delivery, governance, and continuous improvement while mentoring regional teams and fostering strong client and contractor relationships. This role offers impact at scale, influencing delivery practices and enabling sustainable, efficient project performance. Responsibilities- Provide leadership, governance, and delivery excellence for CM, RE, and Inspection within the region
- Drive CM strategy, growth, and client leadership; ensure PM Frameworks compliance and project performance
- Lead/participate in CM-influenced pursuits; develop win themes, staffing models, estimates, and value propositions
- Oversee CM delivery on major projects; perform Technical Independent Reviews, establish field execution plans, and manage submittals and pay validation
- Lead change management, risk mitigation, and lessons learned; drive constructability and readiness reviews
- Maintain CM operating model, playbooks, SOPs, and data integrity for dashboards and KPIs
- Foster a high-performance culture; build and mentor CM/RE/Inspection teams; oversee recruiting and succession planning
- Engage in key client relationships and strategic pursuits; support business development and contract negotiations
- Collaborate across regions to leverage capabilities and optimize resources
- Ensure compliance with HSSE, QA/QC, and regulatory obligations
Key requirements- 15+ years in construction/CM for water/wastewater or related infrastructure
- Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil/Environmental Engineering
- PE or CCM preferred; PMP a plus
- Proficiency with eBuilder/Procore, ProjectWise/SharePoint, Primavera P6/Microsoft Project; strong MS 365
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
