Overview In this role, you drive enterprise change strategies to enable clients' future-state operations, blending behavioral insights with AI-enabled analysis. You will coach AI adoption and lead change efforts across stakeholders, embedding new ways of working into culture and daily operations. You'll design learning experiences and measurement frameworks to track adoption and impact, while leveraging AI tools to enhance delivery. Responsibilities- Design and lead enterprise-level change strategies aligned to client goals and culture
- Deliver AI coaching to enable AI-enabled adoption and mindset shifts
- Drive stakeholder engagement and sponsorship to embed change
- Develop learning experiences including AI-enhanced training and capability-building
- Apply change diagnostics and data-driven insights to anticipate resistance
- Establish measurement frameworks to track adoption, proficiency, sentiment, and learning outcomes
- Provide post-implementation coaching and ongoing reinforcement for sustainability
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance quality and efficiency of deliverables
Key requirements- 5+ years in advanced change management with leadership of complex initiatives
- Recent experience with AI coaching
- Knowledge of agile change management methodologies and tools; certifications like PROSCI/ACMP are a plus
- Experience using AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve change delivery and outcomes
- Proven success designing AI-forward approaches for large-scale transformations
- Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels
