Overview In this role you join Gleeds' Oxford cost management team to support a range of pre- and post-contract activities across education, healthcare and public-sector clients. You will help develop cost plans, manage procurement, and assist with APC progression toward RICS chartered status. The position combines hands-on cost control with professional development supported by experienced chartered surveyors. Responsibilities- Assist in cost and procurement management and prepare for APC readiness
- Prepare order of cost estimates and option studies
- Produce cost plans and cost-in-use studies
- Create tender documentation and design tender marking schemes; evaluate and report tenders
- Value completed work and arrange payments
- Prepare and settle final accounts
- Administer construction contracts and prepare reports to customers
