Sr. ServiceNow Platform Engineer/Architect

As a Sr. ServiceNow Platform Engineer/Architect, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions that advance transformation and operational excellence. You'll influence technical direction across teams, champion AI-enabled automation, and ensure secure, high-performing platforms. You'll work with product partners and engineers to translate complex requirements into value-driving capabilities, guiding governance and best practices. This role offers hands-on architecture leadership and the chance to shape Truist's ServiceNow strategy at scale.

• Architect and implement complex ServiceNow solutions with measurable impact
• Define and refine engineering standards, governance, and delivery practices
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product partners, and architects to shape domain roadmaps
• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of scalable, secure ServiceNow platforms
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive architecture improvements for performance and reliability
• Provide technical coaching and review work to raise the team's capabilities
• Evaluate emerging ServiceNow technologies and AI-enabled techniques with prototype concepts
• Contribute to long-term technical goals and area-specific plans
• Lead large initiatives across teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality outcomes

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years in software development
• Deep knowledge of multiple programming languages, software architecture, and design principles
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and security practices
