Responsibilities- Manage teams on large electrical projects
- Oversee projects from start to finish and ensure safety, quality, and delivery
- Drive project profitability and meet scope, schedule, and budget
- Lead planning for technical, procurement, and contractual requirements
- Improve department processes to meet customer and profitability goals
- Monitor contractual requirements and project design methodologies
- Ensure adherence to schedules and adapt priorities as needed
- Engage with customers to confirm expectations and project status
- Oversee financial forecasting and project reviews
- Proactively communicate risks, challenges, and successes
Key requirements- 3+ years of electrical project management experience
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts
- Proven ability to build relationships and win projects
- Track record of running a profitable portfolio
- Excellent initiative, execution, and communication skills
- Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership capabilities
