Overview In this role you will oversee construction sites to deliver projects on time and to quality standards. You'll lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and compliance while maintaining schedules and budgets. You'll partner with owners, architects, and subcontractors to build trust and drive successful turnover to the Owner. This is a hands-on leadership position with travel and multi-site oversight, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, safety-conscious environments.

Responsibilities- Supervise field construction team and coordinate subcontractor work
- Maintain safety procedures and participate in safety training
- Verify subcontractor insurance certificates
- Prepare and manage CPM project schedule
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals
- Hold pre-job and regular subcontractor meetings; manage punch lists and turnover
- Prepare progress reports, time sheets, work orders, and invoice approvals
- Oversee quality control and supply planning to avoid crises
- Assist in start-up testing and owner turnover
- Travel as required and supervise multiple projects across large geography
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned
Key requirements- Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience (4 years as Assistant Superintendent)
- Extensive field construction supervisory experience
- Current Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) Certification or within 6 months of hire
- Ability to read and understand specs for all trades; experience as foreman or journeyman in at least one trade or as project engineer
- Knowledge of OSHA laws
- Knowledge of job scheduling, planning, expediting and cost control
