Overview In this role you lead complex first-party and third-party liability claims, including cyber, media, and technology matters, from inception to resolution. You will determine coverages, assess exposures, reserve judgements, and craft resolution strategies while coordinating with outside counsel and underwriting. You'll strengthen client relationships and uphold AIG's service standards through expert claims leadership. Responsibilities- Handle complex cyber, media & technology and liability claims including class actions and high exposure matters
- Make coverage determinations and investigate losses
- Evaluate and project potential exposures; set reserves
- Develop and implement resolution strategies
- Manage outside law firms and coordinate with underwriting on renewals
- Promote client relationships and service excellence
Key requirements- 7+ years of experience in complex insurance claims, litigation, or related fields
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of litigation and arbitration processes
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Juris Doctor) is highly preferred
- Knowledge or experience in computer network and systems security or information security is a plus
