Cloud IAM Security Consultant / Architect - EAD or GC or USC ONLY

In this Cloud IAM Security Consultant role, you will define and refine IAM strategy and roadmaps, driving design and delivery of AWS Cloud IAM solutions. You will lead IAM integration with Okta and SailPoint, and oversee cross-functional IAM delivery efforts. You'll collaborate with corporate IAM teams and mentor project teams while communicating with stakeholders across geographies. This position offers the chance to shape identity security for enterprise-scale applications and cloud environments within a client-focused services firm.

• Define IAM strategy, roadmap, and vision
• Lead AWS Cloud IAM architecture and technical design
• Oversee IAM tool integrations (Okta, SailPoint)
• Manage IAM delivery work streams and cross-functional collaboration
• Coordinate data design sessions and stakeholder communication
• Assist with recruitment, coaching, and team-building
• Provide project estimates and time-tracking
• Engage in large, cross-functional projects

• Minimum 5+ years in planning and implementing IAM capabilities
• Experience with identity governance, access management, and federation
• Experience with AWS integration technologies and programming languages (Python, Java/EE)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Ability to lead teams of developers, testers, and business analysts
• Experience with SAML, JSON, XACML, SCIM, and directory services
