Responsibilities- Lead project teams including Associate Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors aligned with project goals
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with deliverables
- Prepare detailed schedules, budgets, and agreements to control execution
- Implement safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate commissioning protocols and post-project maintenance plans
- Monitor progress and provide transparent updates to stakeholders
- Support business development and strategic planning efforts
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience; 10 years for senior level
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera
- Strong knowledge of energy systems, HVAC, and sustainability practices
- Experience with safety and quality control standards
- OSHA-30 certification preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel or relocate
