Responsibilities- Conduct core AI/ML research to enable embodied AI for ADAS/AD, robotics, and related domains
- Advance AI-based robotics using large vision-language-(action) models for reasoning and explainability
- Collaborate with global research and engineering teams for smooth technology transfer and integration
- Implement research into real-world challenges ensuring high-quality system integration on Bosch platforms
- Engage with academic and industry communities through conferences, workshops, and events
- Document findings and disseminate via publications and/or patent submissions
Key requirements- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics or related discipline or Master's with >=2 years industry experience in AI/vision/robotics
- Min 5 years R&D experience in AI technologies including computer vision and robotics or automotive motion/behavior planning
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Hands-on reinforcement learning experience (e.g., PPO, DQN, DDPG) and familiarity with RL techniques
- Strong publication record in ML, DL, robotics, CV
