Responsibilities- Conduct advanced research in core AI and ML to enable embodied AI for ADAS/AD, robotics, and related domains
- Advance AI-driven robotics through multimodal vision-language-action models and reasoning capabilities
- Collaborate with global research and engineering teams for seamless technology transfer and system integration
- Translate research results into real-world solutions with high-quality integration into Bosch platforms
- Engage with academic and industry communities via conferences, workshops, and events
- Document and disseminate findings through publications and patents
Key requirements- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics or related discipline or Master's with >=2 years post-grad industry experience
- 3 years of R&D experience in AI technologies including Computer Vision and robotics/automotive motion planning
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Hands-on reinforcement learning for behavior or motion planning (e.g., PPO, DQN, DDPG)
- Strong publication record in ML, DL, robotics and computer vision
