Overview In this role you will lead on-site execution of ground-up, mission-critical facilities in Atlanta, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You'll manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with subs and vendors, and maintain schedules and budgets to drive project success. You'll build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to the firm's growth through effective project leadership. This on-site position offers the chance to shape data center and mission-critical projects at scale with a focus on excellence.
Responsibilities- Supervise ground-up construction projects to meet timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for efficient execution
- Implement and enforce safety protocols across activities
- Monitor progress and address deviations promptly
- Conduct site inspections for quality and compliance with specs
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
- Resolve on-site issues to maintain smooth operations
- Prepare and present project updates to management and clients
- Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Key requirements- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management; 15 years preferred
- Proven expertise in data center and mission-critical facility projects
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
- Ability to work on-site and manage local projects in Atlanta
