Overview As a Multinational Underwriter, you help drive The Hartford's growth by shaping multinational risk strategy for U.S.-domiciled clients. You will collaborate with home office and regional teams to underwrite CMPs and place locally admitted policies via the Hartford Global Insurer Network. You'll bring multinational expertise at the point of sale to differentiate our Multinational Choice offering. This role blends strategic underwriting with relationship management and cross-sell opportunities to impact revenue and risk selection.

Responsibilities- Underwrite Property and Casualty lines of business
- Demonstrate strong sales and negotiation skills
- Strategically plan to generate new business, expand accounts, and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners
- Deliver outcomes in a goal-oriented environment
Key requirements- 3+ years of P&C multinational carrier underwriting or related broker insurance experience strongly preferred
- Commercial underwriting experience required
- Proven success in relationship management
