Overview In this role you will lead the strategic growth and recruiting strategy for Manatt's consulting practice, partnering with Group/BU leaders to build pipelines and align talent with business plans. You'll design scalable hiring approaches, oversee end-to-end recruitment, and drive brand and candidate experience initiatives. You work closely with cross functional teams and leadership to attract diverse top talent and support firm growth, including coordinating onboarding and mentoring recruiting staff. This is a strategic, impact driven position at a national firm.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement the annual strategic growth and recruiting plan for consulting
- Build relationships with Group/BU leaders to identify talent gaps and job requirements
- Design scalable recruiting strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
- Manage all recruitment stages: screening, interviewing, evaluation, offers, onboarding
- Source and assess candidates for role fit across the firm
- Oversee employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
- Brand and market the firm to diverse top talent (newsletters, brochures, outreach, website)
- Collaborate with other departments to recruit, onboard and integrate new hires
- Lead and mentor recruiting staff, set performance expectations and support development
- Research lateral targets and monitor market trends relevant to recruiting
- Partner with Diversity & Inclusion to actively recruit diverse candidates
- Support additional Strategic Growth projects as needed
Key requirements- 8+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within professional services consulting, preferably healthcare
- Proven experience interfacing with leaders/hiring managers
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing
- Experience managing and mentoring others
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and client service orientation
- Ability to delegate, mentor and develop junior team members
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel; experience with Teams; experience with viDesktop and/or an ATS
