Overview In this role you will help design and prototype cyber analytic capabilities for a federal program, translating customer knowledge into analytic solutions. You will work with the Analytics Research team to scale and sustain large distributed compute environments and to transition services from vendors to the analytics platform. You will analyze data sources, build modeling procedures, and monitor model performance, communicating complex results to non-technical stakeholders. This position offers telework with occasional client or ICF site visits, and the chance to work on impactful, cutting-edge cyber analytics at scale.

Responsibilities- Perform knowledge elicitation from SMEs and convert insights into analytic solutions
- Design, engineer, and sustain large-scale distributed computation platforms
- Oversee transition of services from third-party vendors to the analytic environment
- Identify relevant data, acquire/transform/load data for analytics
- Develop custom data modeling procedures for data mining and production
- Assess new data sources and data gathering techniques for effectiveness
- Develop processes/tools to monitor model performance and data accuracy
- Interpret and communicate results to non-technical customers
Key requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of related experience
- Practical working knowledge of cyber threats, tools, techniques, and processes
- Strong experience in data modeling with diverse datasets and data mining/analysis methods/tools
- Active high-level security clearance; US citizenship required
