Overview In this role you will lead system level integration across value streams to ensure safety, quality, and robust controls. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to review complex projects, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans, while mentoring technical architects and shaping a controls standards roadmap. You drive continuous improvement through RCAs, training, and sharing best practices, contributing to scalable, high-quality engineering outcomes. Responsibilities- Provide safety and quality excellence across the Controls Alliance
- Lead system level integration across value streams
- Act as complex project reviewer across value streams
- Ensure project risks are identified and mitigated
- Approve project risk mitigation plans
- Support development of system level solutions
- Lead RCAs across value streams
- Establish controls standards roadmap for value streams
- Mentor and coach technical architects
- Input on technical depth heat map
- Identify technical gaps
- Develop and teach system level training
- Own overall project quality

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher
- minimum 15 years of experience in Networking and Cybersecurity (GE Vernova preferred)
- minimum 6 years of experience in performing technical reviews
- excellent knowledge about New Units and Services Upgrade processes
