Overview As a Senior Manager and AI/Automation Architect within the Finance Transformation Tech Enablement team, you will own the technical vision for the Finance Operate Platform and guide build-versus-buy decisions across AI, automation, and integration layers. You'll lead client conversations on delivery strategy and shape scalable, technology-enabled finance engagements. Your leadership will drive multi-offering architecture across Controllership, Treasury, and FP&A, delivering measurable financial and operational impact.

Responsibilities- Own end-to-end technical architecture for the Finance Operate Platform
- Define build-versus-buy decisions across AI, RPA, workflow automation, data/analytics, and integrations
- Design multi-agent AI architectures and LLM/RAG pipelines
- Establish reusable patterns, standards, and guardrails across sub-offerings
- Lead internal and client conversations on strategy and roadmaps
- Coordinate with offshore Solution Architect and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into delivery plans
- Provide technical oversight across concurrent workstreams and mitigate delivery risks
- Guide Agile planning and engineering practices across the team
- Evaluate emerging AI/ML and automation technologies for adoption
- Develop AI-powered POCs demonstrating value in finance automation (journal entries, reconciliation, forecasting)
- Collaborate on the Agentic Layer roadmap (ETL/data readiness; automation)
- Mentor engineers, consultants, and architects
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to senior stakeholders
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with Finance Operate leadership and delivery teams
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of technology delivery experience
- 3+ years in senior architecture or technical leadership
- Expertise in designing/deploying agentic AI, LLM-driven automation, and multi-agent systems
- Proficiency in Python, AI/ML model development, and workflow orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI/automation workloads
- Strong integration architecture, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD knowledge
- Proven track record leading client-facing technical conversations
- Experience in Finance/ERP contexts (R2R, P2P, Treasury, or FP&A) preferred
- Ability to travel 25%
