Overview In this role you will own the full lifecycle of high-value subcontracts, coordinating across engineering, program management, legal, and supplier teams. You'll ensure FAR/DFARS and related compliance while aligning technical scope with commercial terms, cost, and schedule. You'll support prime proposals, manage performance, and drive process improvements to scale procurement. This position offers broad exposure across programs and a chance to shape how Anduril's subcontracting operates in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end subcontract lifecycle from RFP to closeout for complex, high-value contracts
- Draft clear SOWs and SDRLs aligned with negotiated scope and manage change control
- Lead commercial negotiations on price, terms, deliverables, and schedule with mandatory FAR/DFARS documentation
- Support prime proposal captures with flowdowns, schedules, and subcontract evaluation documentation
- Monitor subcontractor cost, schedule, and technical performance; conduct variance investigations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with program management, engineering, legal, contracts, and procurement to move subcontracts through gates
- Drive process improvements to scale subcontracting operations in a growing environment
- Ensure subcontract compliance with FAR/DFARS, CAS, ITAR, and internal requirements
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, finance, business, supply chain management, or a related compliance field
- 3+ years of experience managing high-complexity, full-lifecycle subcontracts across multi-discipline programs
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CAS, and ITAR compliance
- Track record evaluating subcontractor performance against negotiated terms
- Onsite ability in Costa Mesa, CA (relocation supported)
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
