Practice Architect I ( Fulltime Remote)

Overview

As Practice Architect I, you lead multi-project and account delivery in the Intrusion and Security space, bridging consulting, delivery, and account teams. You manage complex engagements, from transactional to multi-year programs, often at major solution centers or client sites in North America. You'll shape solution design, coordinate delivery teams, and ensure value delivery within contract constraints. This role offers visibility across cross-functional teams and opportunities to influence large-scale security solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Understand customer requirements (business and technical) against the SOW
  • Develop and mature solution design with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues
  • Coordinate delivery team assembly for new engagements across practice, delivery, and account teams
  • Consolidate delivery status and cost information across stakeholders
  • Communicate and implement delivery escalations and knowledge transfer processes
  • Manage delivery risk, issues, and change control activities
  • Perform periodic project and product-line health checks and knowledge sharing
  • Support account strategy development and capture reusable IP for future projects
  • Oversee contract understanding, cost, timeline, and customer satisfaction during delivery
  • Mentor and develop delivery team members; conduct annual performance reviews
Key requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in logistically complex project management or professional services with emphasis on IT or security domains
  • Experience delivering projects/programs and managing client professional services agreements including change management
  • Frequent interactions with Director-level or above clients; strong consulting and interpersonal skills
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with listed primary technologies
  • 5+ years of experience with three or more listed secondary technologies
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and work remotely as needed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent English communication skills; strong stakeholder management
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; professional certifications in relevant technologies
