Digital/Technical Product Manager (Mid-Level) - AI Virtual Assistant

In this role you will lead AI-powered digital experiences that enable members to self-serve and engage with USAA across channels. You'll align product strategy with member needs and business goals, working with cross functional teams to deliver scalable, data driven solutions. You'll apply human-centered design to shape roadmap priorities, optimize performance, and drive improvements in member satisfaction and operational efficiency. • Support strategy and roadmap for AI Virtual Assistant capabilities to meet member needs and business objectives
• Translate needs into product requirements and experiences from discovery to validation
• Collaborate with business, technology, UX, operations, analytics, and other stakeholders
• Leverage feedback, market research, and trends to improve self-service and member experiences
• Analyze product performance using KPIs/metrics and inform prioritization
• Develop business cases and success measures to evaluate opportunities
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to anticipate needs and drive outcomes
• Communicate product strategies and progress to stakeholders
• Ensure risk and compliance controls are identified and managed

• Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree)
• 4 years of experience in digital/technology product management
• Experience in product strategy, planning, innovation, UX, analytics, and testing
• Agile methodologies and collaboration in Agile delivery environments
• Ability to develop, present, and influence decisions across stakeholders
