Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and control project activities to meet scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and architects to define requirements
- Develop project plans including scope, objectives, budget, and schedule
- Prepare budgets and track expenses throughout the project
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members
- Assist in estimating new construction and repairs
- Prepare proposals for upcoming bids and complete buyouts for new jobs
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedule work, and manage project labor requirements
- Occasionally perform hands-on construction tasks as needed
- Provide recommendations for improvements for future work
- Travel overnight as required and work weekends/overtime occasionally
Key requirements- 3-5 years of construction industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field
- Water/Wastewater pump station and treatment plant experience preferred
- Experience managing teams and subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Knowledge of project financials and budgeting
- Proficiency in project management software/tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- DOT health card or ability to obtain, valid driver's license, OSHA 10 required
