Overview In this role you will support a commercial legal team as広告 revenue grows, negotiating and drafting advertising and commercial agreements. You will partner with Sales, Revenue, Finance, and Operations to balance business goals with legal risk in an in-house setting. You will help scale the legal function by developing templates and processes for a higher volume of work. This position offers a chance to directly impact monetization efforts across programs, partners, and international initiatives while working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate advertising-related and commercial agreements (MSAs, data/privacy terms, upfront/joint business planning agreements, inventory, incentive, and services agreements) with advertisers, agencies, partners, vendors, and suppliers
- Support advertising sales, agency relationships, programmatic deals, and international monetization initiatives
- Advise Sales, Revenue, Finance, and Customer Operations teams on commercial transactions and related legal risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve complex issues and develop practical solutions that support business goals
- Develop templates, processes, and scalable approaches to improve efficiency in handling growing workflows
