Overview As Senior HR Manager, you will translate enterprise people strategies into site-level execution, leading a high-performing HR team across complex sites. You drive attrition, engagement, and attendance improvements while championing safety, inclusion, and service. You'll balance automation with human insight, leveraging AI and real-time data to inform decisions and transformational initiatives. You work onsite to provide hands-on leadership and partner with senior leaders to enable scalable people strategies. This role blends strategic thinking with operational excellence to impact culture, performance, and risk.

Responsibilities- Develop sustainable HR strategies to improve attrition, attendance, and engagement, while guiding the HR team with a clear vision
- Coach leaders and provide feedback to strengthen hiring, retention, development, and performance management
- Partner with centers of excellence and shared services to drive equitable HR practices and scalable solutions
- Collaborate with site and regional leaders to align priorities with organizational goals, emphasizing diversity, employee experience, and talent management
- Lead organizational and change initiatives, remove barriers to adoption, and balance automation with human judgment
- Drive adoption of HR technology, build digital fluency, and use analytics and AI to streamline processes while maintaining a human-centered approach
- Provide data-driven insights for strategy and KPI measurement to improve workforce outcomes
Key requirements- Experience supporting hourly, front-line, and salaried employees
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years HR leadership or equivalent leadership experience
- Proficiency in HR data analysis and translating metrics into workforce strategy
- Experience with onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, and/or talent management
