Overview As a Salesforce Architect in Accenture's Life Sciences group, you shape Data Cloud and AI-enabled transformations for pharma, biotech, and MedTech programs. You'll design data models and AI-powered workflows, work with cross-functional teams, and own technical workstreams under senior guidance. This role combines architecture, integration, and hands-on delivery at enterprise scale, with meaningful impact on patient access and commercial operations. You will grow into independent delivery while contributing to reusable accelerators and thought leadership.

Responsibilities- Design and configure Data Cloud data models, streams, identity resolution, and segmentation for Life Sciences use cases
- Contribute to Agentforce AI implementations and AI-powered workflows, including Voice AI integrations
- Author and maintain solution design documents, data flow diagrams, and technical specs
- Assist in designing and implementing integrations between Data Cloud, CRM (Salesforce LSC/Health Cloud), and external data sources
- Translate client requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration decisions; support design workshops
- Own technical test scenarios and support UAT, performance testing, and go-live readiness
- Contribute accelerators, reusable assets, and thought leadership materials for the Life Sciences AI and Data Cloud practice
Key requirements- 2+ years Salesforce delivery experience in a consulting or SI environment
- 1+ year Data Cloud experience (data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation)
- 1+ year Agentforce hands-on experience or certification with Agentforce, Einstein, or similar AI tooling
- CRM fundamentals across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or Life Sciences Cloud
- 1+ year API, data modeling, and integration concepts; REST/SOAP or MuleSoft experience a plus
- 1+ year of client-facing consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); if Associate's Degree, minimum 6 years of work experience
