Overview As an Outcomes Architect, you partner with customers to turn AI ambitions into working Notion systems, driving workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewals across a book of named accounts. You collaborate with Solutions Consultants on strategy and renewal planning, focusing on accounts that are flat, at-risk, or need clearer value paths. You operate at the intersection of AI, productivity, and revenue, shaping measurable outcomes and durable customer partnerships. This role blends technical fluency with strategic account leadership to deliver ROI and cross-functional impact.
Responsibilities- Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts to ensure outcomes with Notion
- Contribute to net revenue retention with predictable renewals and expansion pipeline and proactive product adoption
- Partner with Solutions Consultants on renewal and expansion strategy for shared accounts, including owning commercial opportunities for flat and at-risk renewals
- Define and maintain mutual success plans guiding customers through AI transformation and ROI demonstrations to executives
- Facilitate use-case consultations to identify new workflow opportunities and increase value with Notion
- Coordinate with Services for complex implementations and ensure value delivery across delivery engagements
- Learn Notion's product and AI ecosystem to guide customers in building durable Notion-based systems
- Help design OA programs that generate customer and business outcomes across Notion's install base
Key requirements- 4+ years of experience in customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in a B2B software environment
- Strong discovery skills to map business problems to actionable implementation plans
- Technical fluency and ability to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot Notion workspaces and workflows
- Commercial awareness for renewal risk assessment, expansion potential, and account strategy
- Ability to design workflows that tie adoption patterns to measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong program and stakeholder management to manage success plans, timelines, risks, and commitments
- Customer empathy, urgency, and structured problem-solving for moving from ideas to working systems
