Overview In this role you lead the on-site execution of interior and exterior finishes for a high-profile Chicago airport project. You ensure safe, compliant, high-quality installations while coordinating with other trades in a live facility. You will shape the project's schedule adherence and quality, contributing to a world-class passenger experience. This position offers exposure to complex phasing, stakeholder coordination, and operationally sensitive environments, within a renowned infrastructure firm.

Responsibilities- Supervise finish contractors daily to ensure quality and safety
- Plan and coordinate phasing and sequencing in an active airport to protect schedule
- Ensure compliance with building/fire codes and contract requirements; support inspections with AHJ and stakeholders
- Manage field ops including submittals, redlines/as-builts, punch lists, system turnover docs
- Support testing, installation, and turnover for system acceptance
- Maintain field records, daily reports, and contribute to cost/change documentation
- Organize and direct construction activities; liaise with client representatives on site activities
Key requirements- BS Engineering/Construction Management and 6 years of construction experience or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Preferred: airport construction experience, Chicago Building Codes knowledge, trade coordination, large project phasing experience (100MM+), OSHA certification
