Overview

In this role you will lead the technical evolution of the MedTech CXM Platform for Customer Service, shaping the architecture and engineering standards to support AI-driven commercialization. You will align product vision with scalable platform capabilities and ensure interoperable, reusable services across global teams. You will partner with AI and business leaders to enable enterprise-wide workflows connecting marketing, sales, pricing, and service. This is a chance to influence a cutting-edge, AI-enabled platform within a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the CXM platform architecture
  • Set engineering strategy for shared service integration and gateway/runtime capabilities
  • Develop foundational frameworks, APIs, SDKs, and developer platforms
  • Lead reusable agent frameworks and integration strategies
  • Establish interoperability standards across AI capabilities
  • Create a shared catalog of AI services and business capabilities
  • Collaborate with AI Core to implement governance, observability, security, and platform operations
  • Ensure Dynamics capabilities contribute to the broader enterprise tech ecosystem
  • Define engineering quality metrics for platform reuse, reliability, and productivity
  • Build an organization to support long-term AI-enabled roadmap and expansion
Key requirements
  • 7+ years of software engineering delivering enterprise-scale digital products and platforms
  • 4+ years as lead architect/principal engineer/engineering lead for platform architecture
  • 2+ years developing AI agents and orchestration platforms
  • Experience leading large-scale platform modernization and setting enterprise standards
  • Proven track record building reusable platforms, SDKs, and developer ecosystems
  • Experience in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments
  • Expert in Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, Co-Pilot and Co-Pilot Studio within J&J MedTech CXM domain
  • Hands-on with API gateways, cloud services, and AI ecosystems
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, IaC
  • Knowledge of XENA platform and its SDLC, governance, and deployment standards
