Overview In this role you will provide functional expertise in Oracle Leasing and Financial Module (OLFM) within Oracle E-Business. You will bridge business and technical teams, perform impact and data analysis, and develop solution designs. You'll lead testing phases, support QA and UAT, and troubleshoot production issues within SLAs in a global delivery setup. This is a hands-on role shaping Oracle OLFM implementations and ongoing financial processes for clients. You will work in a full-time IT services environment with cross-team collaboration and high impact on project success.
Responsibilities- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Leasing and Financial Module (OLFM) in Oracle E-Business
- Liaise with business and functional teams to clarify requirements
- Perform impact analysis and data analysis for requested changes
- Prepare and review solution design documents with business and functional teams
- Lead unit testing, performance testing, QA testing and UAT support
- Debug and troubleshoot production issues and resolve tickets/defects within SLA
Key requirements- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle E-Business Leasing (OLFM)
- At least 5 full lifecycle OLFM implementations with 11.5.10/R12x
- Background in Service contract and Accounts Receivables is preferred
- Knowledge of Fixed Assets and General Ledger
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication (Required)
- Ability to work in onsite-offshore global delivery model (Required)
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; MBA/MCA/M.Sc/M.E./B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech are acceptable
- At least 7 years of IT sector experience
- US work eligibility and sponsorship limitations noted
