Overview In this office-based role, you support sustaining capital projects within a large EPCM program, focusing on proposals, preconstruction, contracts, project control and cost management. You will work with the Wood Project team to deliver meaningful projects for oil & gas and process industries, collaborating across disciplines and vendors. The opportunity combines technical leadership with client-facing coordination and process improvements. You will help shape project execution and maintain safe, compliant delivery at scale.

Responsibilities- Develop, implement and maintain project-specific construction management procedures
- Support delivery and timely execution of project contracts and services, ensuring contract requirements are met
- Assist in developing PMP/PEP, bid submissions, construction methodology and strategies
- Contribute to build sequence/construction schedule with project controls, and proactively manage risks
- Manage RFI and Field Change processes, and maintain logs and documentation
- Review construction documents and submittals; prepare quality plans and documents per project requirements
- Provide advanced technical input to scope definition and execution; support FEED and detailed design phases
- Participate in audits, incident investigations, and provide coaching to less experienced personnel
- Coordinate with vendors for technical support, site visits and delivery issues
- Support changes in scope and manage change documentation as required
Key requirements- 10+ years of experience managing construction projects
- Experience leading multiple concurrent small capital projects ($100K-$10M)
- Experience supervising construction activities across mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural, piping and process disciplines
- Experience in an EPCM program structure
- Strong understanding of construction in cGMP environments, process systems, utilities and facility infrastructure
- Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or in teams, with leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
