Overview As Principal Scientist in PDMB, you lead bioanalytical strategies for biologics within a drug discovery portfolio and mentor a lab-based team. You will represent bioanalytical science on cross-functional discovery teams and help shape translational PK/PD strategies across multiple therapeutic areas. This role offers high-impact collaboration across sites and opportunities to influence early drug development and project outcomes. You will drive innovative bioanalysis workflows for monoclonal antibodies, bispecifics and engineered proteins, delivering timely, high-quality data to accelerate programs.

Responsibilities- Lead bioanalytical strategies for biologics (ligand binding assays and mass spectrometry) across drug discovery programs
- Manage and develop a team of lab-based PDMB scientists for assay development and data generation
- Act as project-team SME on DMPK activities within oncology and immunology programs
- Contribute to global DMPK strategy through collaboration with Discovery and Early Development across Boston, South San Francisco and West Point
Key requirements- Demonstrated leadership of bioanalytical strategies for biologics including method development, data interpretation and report writing
- Ability to analyze and contextualize PK/PD, biomarker or immunogenicity data for biologics and peptides
- Experience contributing to translational PK/PD/efficacy relationships in a discovery setting
