Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day pre-litigation and litigation cases
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and memoranda of law
- Guide plaintiff clients through the case process
- Coordinate with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits
- Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Key requirements- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with State Bar
- 3+ years of personal injury experience
- Ability to manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload
