Responsibilities- Lead daily site scheduling and planning to ensure timely project progress
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel to meet construction needs
- Uphold safety, health, and environmental standards for the team and site
- Apply people management to develop team members and align their goals
- Facilitate planning, design, construction, and commissioning activities with stakeholders
- Conduct constructability reviews and lead client/construction meetings
- Oversee turnover processes including TOPs, punch lists, and walkdowns with contractors and owners
- Perform QA construction oversight and maintain multi-discipline coordination (M/E/Cs)
Key requirements- 5+ years of construction site experience
- 5+ years as general foreman, superintendent, or construction manager
- Working knowledge of pre-design/pre-construction, building systems/components, contract management, project delivery methods, team building, and client relationship building
