Responsibilities- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within budget and timelines
- Lead and mentor project teams for growth and collaboration
- Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships to ensure project success
- Ensure safety compliance and best practices across lifecycles
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to optimize outcomes and resources

Key requirements- BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 10 years PM experience in construction
- Proven expertise in luxury interiors and tenant improvements
- Strong leadership with mentoring ability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with project management software/tools
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations
