Overview As Administrative Project Coordinator in HDR's Architecture studio, you enable efficient project delivery and file management across project teams. You'll support Construction Administration tasks, document control, and stakeholder coordination to help projects run smoothly. You will work with Project Architects and Project Managers to ensure timely submittals, RFIs, and correspondence. Your role strengthens our collaborative, employee-owned culture by upholding quality standards and professional client interactions. Responsibilities- Organize and track Construction Administration tasks using Newforma
- Monitor RFI and Submittal processes and ensure timely contractor/owner correspondence
- Apply project document management QA guidelines
- Collaborate with Architecture Project Managers and project teams
- Create and maintain paper and electronic files
- Assist with meetings and presentations for clients and internal teams
- Maintain professionalism in client interactions
- Perform additional duties as needed
Key requirements- Associate degree in a closely related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
