Overview In this role you drive both clinical and financial success for the program, leading patient-care teams and managing daily operations. You oversee four pillars-Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security-while collaborating with corporate functions, consultants, and regulatory bodies. You will also participate in an on-call rotation to ensure continuity of care. This is a mission-driven leadership position in a 40-bed MHRC focused on sub-acute psychiatric treatment for adults 18+. You'll shape program strategy, support staff development, and ensure compliant, high-quality services.

Responsibilities- Oversee and lead the patient-care team and manage program operations
- Direct day-to-day activities to achieve Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security
- Collaborate with corporate functions, consultants, and external agencies/partners
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to work-related needs per protocols
- Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory requirements, and program planning
- Budget, supervise professional staff, and support licensing processes
Key requirements- Master in Social Services with a state license
- Four years in an administrative management role in a healthcare setting
- Two years supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing
- Understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and recovery philosophy
- Age at least 21
- CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification (on date of employment or prior) and ongoing maintenance
- Valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle for meetings (with mileage reimbursement)
