Responsibilities- Oversee property operations to ensure financial performance, occupancy, and regulatory compliance
- Lead, train, and manage on-site staff with coaching and development
- Maintain resident satisfaction through proactive service and communication
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial reporting to maximize NOI
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance with the Maintenance Manager
- Report property liability, workers' compensation, and loss claims
Key requirements- Minimum of three years of proven success in multifamily with leadership responsibilities
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Some college preferred)
