Overview In this role you will conduct standardized developmental assessments for young children in a NICU follow-up clinic, collaborating with families, physicians, psychologists, and research staff. Your work will include administering Bayley Scales and documenting findings to support clinical decisions and research efforts. The position is on-site, full-time, Monday-Friday, with a focus on accurate testing, ethical practice, and continuous learning. You help improve outcomes for children through precise assessment and teamwork.

Responsibilities- Administer and manage testing sessions to ensure accurate performance data
- Consult with supervising providers about test administration adjustments
- Document behavioral observations and test results thoroughly
- Score tests using manuals and computer scoring programs per norms
- Compile data summaries and share results with the care team
- Assist with research activities, including consenting participants and data extraction
- Maintain testing supplies and stay updated on best practices and ethics
- Meet physical and non-physical demands of the role
Key requirements- At least 5 years related experience
- Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) in Texas
- Experience administering the Bayley Scales of Infant Development is strongly preferred
- Master's degree in Psychology
