Overview As a VIM/OpenText Architect, you will shape and scale OpenText-based invoice management within SAP-integrated environments. You will lead architecture decisions, guide deployments, and optimize invoice workflows to support enterprise processes. You'll collaborate across teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, drive improvements, and share knowledge to boost team capabilities. Responsibilities- Design and architect scalable VIM/OpenText solutions aligned with business needs
- Lead enhancements and integration of VIM/OpenText with SAP and other enterprise apps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and convert them into specs
- Oversee configuration, customization, and enhancements to optimize invoice processing workflows
- Provide expert guidance on VIM/OpenText architecture, deployment, and performance tuning
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex VIM/OpenText issues
- Stay updated on industry trends to continually improve system capabilities
- Conduct training and knowledge sharing with team members and stakeholders
Key requirements- 5+ years hands-on experience as a VIM/OpenText Architect or similar role
- Strong expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management and related modules
- In-depth knowledge of SAP integration, workflows, and document management processes
- Excellent understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing OpenText components to meet business requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
