Responsibilities- Lead mission-critical projects from start to finish, ensuring schedule and budget adherence
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and MEP to achieve objectives
- Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Conduct regular reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards throughout the lifecycle
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Foster relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to enable collaboration
Key requirements- Bachelor in Project Management
- 7+ years of PM experience in mission-critical environments (data centers, industrial facilities, or hyperscale construction)
- Proven track record managing large-scale projects with budgets > $500M
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction in mission-critical settings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- PMP certification or equivalent desirable
