As a Property Manager at ResProp, you drive property revenue by building high-performing sales and service teams. You lead operations across communities, align with owners, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining top-tier property standards. You'll manage budgets, marketing plans, and capital needs, shaping strategies that support growth and long-term career development. Responsibilities
  • Increase property revenue by building and guiding a high-performing sales/service team
  • Assess, train, and develop staff on salesmanship and operations best practices
  • Foster strong relationships with maintenance to present properties as best in class
  • Be accessible to community needs, including nights and weekends if required
  • Support overlap across multiple locations when needed
  • Manage owner relationships: meetings, updates on performance, and responding to requests
  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention through timely issue resolution
  • Follow established eviction procedures and represent the community in court as needed
  • Organize daily huddle to discuss values, goals, wins, and team success
  • Complete budget workbook and draft annual operating budget; analyze financials and marketing data
  • Review capital needs with Regional Maintenance Director and Maintenance Supervisor
  • Gather and interpret market trends; implement short- and long-range marketing/leasing strategies
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance
  • Complete required training to stay compliant with company standards
Key requirements
  • 3 years in multifamily property management
  • 3 years of hiring, training, and coaching teams
  • Solid business acumen with experience owning and driving P&L
  • A college degree is preferred
