Responsibilities- Lead delivery of secured-environment construction projects from planning through completion across multiple engagements
- Partner with clients to support capital plan development and align scope with long-term business goals
- Develop and manage budgets, cash flows, cost reports, and schedules while driving cost savings and value engineering
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams to meet milestones and quality standards
- Provide technical oversight on design development, construction documentation, permitting, and scheduling activities
- Monitor risks, compliance, and liabilities, including ICD-705 and TEMPEST requirements
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communications, reporting, and conflict resolution
- Analyze project metrics and KPIs to improve delivery performance and standardize best practices
- Support business development by nurturing industry relationships and opportunities to deepen client partnerships
Key requirements- 7-10 years of practical experience in construction project management, preferably in corporate real estate or secured environments
- 3-5 years of experience managing projects with ICD-705 and TEMPEST compliance
- Experience leading multiple medium to large-scale ground-up development and corporate interiors projects
- Strong budgeting, financial reporting, scheduling, and cost management knowledge
- Ability to read construction drawings, design development documents, and leases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders across clients and teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software tools
- Flexibility to travel within the US/Canada and work in hybrid environments (up to 25% on-site)
