Overview As a Program Manager at Skanska Integrated Solutions, you will lead on-site execution of commercial building projects from start to finish. You'll act as Owner's Agent, guiding planning, coordination, and conflict resolution to meet project goals within a diverse, values-driven culture. Responsibilities- Plan and oversee on-site construction activities from initiation to completion
- Serve as Owner's Agent with leadership, communication, and coordination across teams
- Resolve conflicts and align design and construction to deliver complete, budget-conscious documents on schedule
- Develop and implement strategies to pursue additional business with existing clients and new opportunities
Key requirements- 3+ years in project management for commercial building projects $5-$50M
- 2+ years with a preconstruction team for project planning
- 2+ years managing design process and design-construction relationships
- 5+ years reading and understanding construction drawings and technical specs
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent and 5+ years of industry experience (7 years preferred)
