Overview As an HR Business Partner, you will advise OLAA leaders on talent, organization design, and workforce strategy. You will drive HR programs aligned with global objectives while shaping leadership effectiveness and culture. You'll collaborate with COEs and HR services to support complex change initiatives and organizational transformation. This role offers visibility to senior leaders and the opportunity to impact workforce strategy and employee engagement in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior OLAA leaders on talent, organization design, and workforce strategy
- Lead initiatives that boost employee engagement and leadership effectiveness
- Collaborate with COEs and HR Services to align programs with organizational objectives
- Support complex organizational effectiveness projects and change initiatives
- Provide input to client groups on business plan priorities and strategic planning
- Apply emotional intelligence in executive coaching for senior leaders
- Champion HR programs and organizational values and culture
- Navigate organizational dynamics and contribute to policy improvements
Key requirements- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including consulting
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and program implementation
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Knowledge of local/regional labor laws and compliance requirements
