Overview As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will lead HVAC construction projects through all phases, ensuring safety, budget, schedule, and quality. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage scope, procurement, estimation, and finance to deliver high-impact mechanical projects. This role emphasizes building strong client relationships and supporting sales while maintaining project controls and safety culture. You will work on varied, large-scale facilities and travel as needed to deliver results.

Responsibilities- Provide PM support during HVAC construction from initiation to closeout
- Ensure safety compliance and foster a safety-focused culture
- Document control and review for project standards
- Manage scope of work and change control
- Basic schedule management and field resource coordination
- Procurement management and coordination across vendors
- Estimation and financial management of projects
- Develop, build and maintain client and internal relationships
- Support sales process and project bidding activities
Key requirements- 8+ years of construction project management experience
- 8+ years of strong understanding of mechanical systems
- 8+ years of ability to read and comprehend construction documents
- 8+ years of knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles
- Business administration and management knowledge including operations, financials, customer relations, and legal aspects of construction
