Executive Compensation Senior Associate/Counsel

• advise on public company executive compensation disclosures
• manage employee benefits aspects of M&A and private equity transactions
• design and oversight of tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans
• structure and negotiate executive employment and severance arrangements
• develop and administer equity and non-equity incentive plans
• maintain significant client contact and responsibility for matters
• work independently and as part of a team to service clients

• at least six years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters
• public company experience
