Overview As a Manager, Technical Transformation in Deloitte's Government & Public Services, you lead design, integration, and governance of OneStream-based enterprise performance management across multiple pods. You partner with cross-functional teams to align requirements with scalable architectures for federal government finance use cases, including consolidation, planning, budgeting, and reporting. You drive value by ensuring high-quality, consistent solutions and enabling impactful financial transformation for public sector clients. This role offers the chance to influence complex, multi-system landscapes and shape finance modernization at scale.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and govern OneStream solutions for consolidation, planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Align requirements with scalable architectures for federal government finance use cases
- Oversee integrations between OneStream and ERP/data warehouse environments
- Provide architectural governance across multiple pods/projects to ensure quality and performance
- Collaborate with development, functional, and business-process teams to drive configurations and delivery outcomes
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Active Secret clearance
- Active OneStream Certified Professional certification as Lead Architect or Core Platform Architect
- Ability to travel 0-25%
- 5+ years OneStream experience (budgeting, planning, reporting, consolidation)
- 3+ years integrating EPM/CPM platforms with ERP and data warehouse environments
- 2+ years leading agile/hybrid-agile implementations coordinating multiple pods/projects
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
