Overview As a Senior Project Manager, you lead electrical and mission-critical construction projects to deliver safe, profitable, and timely outcomes while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. You coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders under the Operations Manager, driving project planning, execution, and client satisfaction. This role focuses on optimizing schedules, resources, and stakeholder communications to support company goals and project closings. You will influence project success through leadership, planning, and a strong client focus.
Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission-critical construction projects to meet scope, schedule, and quality standards
- Schedule and coordinate materials, tools, and information to align with construction timelines
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
- Oversee on-site supervision of field staff and crews across multiple projects
- Review project documents, plans and specifications, direct construction activities, and resolve issues
- Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress and promote safety and progress
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project cost, time, and quality targets
Key requirements- Bachelor in Construction Management preferred
- 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field preferred
- Completion of, or initiative to enroll in, an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred
